Cancellation Policy

Customizable Products:

1. As customer will place an order, the order will not be processed further until it is not approved by Onesnap.in
2. User can cancel the order till it is not approved, if the order is approved by Onesnap.in Then user will no longer be able to cancel the order.
3. If you need to cancel an order you have placed, you must speak to www.onesnap.in representative or send an email to support@onesnap.in to avoid any costs other than the above processing fees.
4. The reason for the approval stage is because, we ensure that the files uploaded by user are not inappropriate. Refer to USER RESTRICTION on TERMS AND CONDITIONS page.

Non-Customizable Products:

1. There is no approval stage for non-customizable products.
2. User can cancel non-customizable products anytime.
